What is health coaching? Is it the same as a personal trainer or nutritionist?
A health coach provides holistic, personalized guidance across physical, mental, and lifestyle domains, while a personal trainer focuses specifically on physical fitness training and a nutritionist concentrates on dietary planning and nutrition science.
The key difference is that health coaches take a comprehensive approach to well-being, integrating multiple aspects of health and empowering clients to enhance their performance, energy, and overall quality of life while navigating complex personal and professional demands.
What is your coaching philosophy?
My philosophy is focused on transformative health coaching for female leaders. It centers on cultivating sustainable, personalized habits that effortlessly integrate into a busy woman's dynamic lifestyle.
By focusing on small, consistent changes that compound over time, and by understanding each woman's unique challenges and designing flexible, realistic strategies, I empower my clients to create lasting health transformations that emerge organically from within, without disrupting their professional momentum or personal rhythm.
What are your certifications and relevant experiences?
I am a Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (an internationally recognized health coaching institution).
I have 5+ years in adult learning and development (in both professional skills and mental health awareness) as a Regional Learning Director for Employees and the Global Lead for Mental Health Learning at McKinsey & Company, a leading global management consultancy.
My own 20+ year corporate journey and 10 years as a busy working mother have equipped me to truly understand the intricate challenges many female leaders navigate in their everyday professional and personal lives.
As a certified CrossFit Level 1 coach and a former part-time personal trainer, I also have hands-on expertise in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and practical fitness strategies to facilitate a more comprehensive and evidence-based approach in my coaching sessions.
Do you offer virtual sessions? Can we work together in person?
I am based in Toronto, Canada, and all my coaching sessions are conducted virtually via video conferencing to offer maximum flexibility for my busy clients.
For individuals located within Toronto's downtown core, in-person meetings can be arranged upon request.
Corporate services and workshops are available in person if desired.
What happens in the Free Discovery Call?
I offer a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call to learn about you, assess our compatibility, and understand your health goals, challenges, and expectations.
This conversation helps determine if my experience and methods align with your transformative journey.

My Signature Coaching Package includes:
- 12 weekly 60-minute 1:1 transformative health coaching sessions
- 90-minute onboarding call
- Personalized goals and action plan with regular progress updates
- Customized strategy handouts and protocols
- Session summary notes
- Support messaging between sessions (EST business hours)
