HI, I’M LUCY

I work with exceptional women just like you who want to reach their peak performance through meaningful health transformation.

With over 20+ years of professional experience at global leaders like McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman, I intimately understand the complex challenges women face in balancing professional excellence and personal well-being.

In my early years as a management consultant, my life was a relentless cycle of stress: 14-hour days, client emergencies, quick takeout meals, constant travel, and minimal sleep. As I climbed the career ladder, I began experiencing the hidden costs of this lifestyle - persistent brain fog, frequent illnesses, and a disconnection from my own body and values. I wasn't just struggling professionally; I wasn't showing up fully for my family, friends, or team.

It started with small, imperfect steps. First, nutrition - learning to see food as fuel, not just convenience. I didn't become a health guru overnight. I experimented, failed, tried again and again. Some days were perfect macro balanced meals, others were pizza. The key was progress, not perfection.

CrossFit became my physical reset button. It wasn't about looking Instagram-perfect but about reclaiming strength and discovering what my body could actually do. Each workout was a battle with my old limiting beliefs.

Meditation taught me inner quiet can be more powerful than external noise. Therapy helped me understand my patterns, not just survive them. Critically, this journey also taught me how to truly connect - with myself and others. I learned to be vulnerable, to share my struggles, and to build genuine relationships that nourished my soul.

Sleep optimization wasn't about tracking every minute but creating a sanctuary for deep rest and recovery. My journey wasn't linear. Navigating motherhood, career pivots, multiple relocations, and a global pandemic while wrestling with personal setbacks became my constant reality. Yet, each small choice became a quiet act of courage—a vote for a healthier, more authentic version of myself.

Today, I'm not just surviving - I'm intentionally living.

This transformation became more than a personal journey - it's now my mission. I've discovered my true passion: empowering exceptional women to transform their health, elevate their performance, and achieve both personal and professional breakthroughs. My own struggles have become the guiding path for helping other women rewrite their stories, and that prioritizing our own health is a form of strength and wisdom.
